We are beginning the process of selling a home we purchased five years ago using http://hudhomestore.com. This big red house was our first house and a major renovation project.
We started working with our agent to begin the selling process about two weeks ago. Thankfully, we haven’t had too many hiccups yet and it should be listed on the market in the next few days.
With COVID’s crazy low interest rates causing the market to be super hot I’m feeling pretty good about this sale.
After our last tenant moved out we fixed the house up. I could write for days detailing all of the repairs we have made on this older home. It definitely has some character but it was a fun house to live in. It’s really big and has a couple acres of land.
I’ll keep you all updated on the progress as we go through the selling process. This is actually my first time selling a house. I prefer to buy and hold but this house is just too far out in the country to make it an easy rental.
